At IBC 2024, Evertz is set to showcase innovative updates to its DreamCatcher Bravo Studio, a comprehensive virtual production control platform. DreamCatcher Bravo Studio is designed to enhance live production workflows, offering tools for video/audio switching, graphics, replays, and more, making it ideal for live sports, local news, and non-broadcast applications. A key highlight is the introduction of data-driven co-pilots, such as the Metadata and Highlight Factory, which utilize large language models (LLM) and machine learning (ML) to automatically generate clips, playlists, and highlight packages, allowing smaller teams to create high-quality content more efficiently. The new Motion+ feature provides instant slow-motion replay capabilities for both on-premises and cloud environments.
In addition, Evertz will introduce new hardware control panels for Bravo Studio, including Bravo-Airfly-Pro and Bravo-Waveboard, offering operators more tactile control during production. The company will also unveil its DC-One platforms, the DC-One-SE and DC-One-LX, designed for entry-level and mid-tier replay applications. These compact systems provide advanced features like multi-angle clipping, slow-motion replay, and playlist creation, making them suitable replacements for older replay technologies. Evertz’s Bravo Studio will also integrate Studer’s Vista digital mixing consoles, enhancing live event audio production with access to a full-featured mixing console and remote control capabilities through the Evertz VUE system.
